Neemat FREM
President
Neemat Frem is President and CEO of INDEVCO, an international
manufacturing group headquartered in Lebanon and solely owned
by the Frem family.
INDEVCO consists of 28 manufacturing plants in Brazil, Egypt,
England, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and the US, as well as 20
commercial companies throughout the Europe-Middle East-Africa
(EMEA) region.
Frem monitors results-driven manufacturing operations, which produce paper
and plastic flexible packaging (films, bags and sacks), corrugated containers (boxes and displays), and
disposable consumer products. He also directs centralized management, engineering, and commercial
services within the group.
INDEVCO's challenge is to maintain balanced growth in different continents in profitable and intelligent
ways, while responding to local market needs and by contributing actively to the communities in which the
group operates. INDEVCO and its affiliates are well known for their shared mission, first espoused by
founder Georges Frem: “What is good for the community is good for the company.”
Human resources are a main growth driver. INDEVCO employs over 6200 employees worldwide.
