Our ambitious objectives aim at:
- Fighting immigration and brain drain by restoring and rejuvenating Lebanon's workforce and offering new opportunities for educated and talented youth who seek wider horizons than those currently available.
- Highlighting national role models by establishing their credibility and strengthening their standing within the Lebanese business community.
- Fostering entrepreneurial spirit by effecting a cultural shift in perceptions and enhancing the image of entrepreneurs, who are not the product of coincidence or luck but rather the product of hard work and excellence.
- Restoring Lebanon's regional clout as a business hub throughout the Middle East by setting new standards and business practices.
- Boosting private sector dynamics by enhancing performance of the private sector and driving the development of all economic sectors.
- Strengthening ties between the youth and entrepreneurs with whom young individuals share difficulties, obstacles, and concerns.
- Shifting the culture of work by shifting the emphasize on professions such as law, medicine, and engineering as the only valuable careers, and highlighting working one's way up as highly commendable.
- Lowering unemployment by creating sizeable job opportunities in startups and small companies.
- Promoting excellence, meritocracy, and competitiveness.
- Attracting foreign investment and interest from regional and international investors including Lebanese expatriates to invest in promising ventures.
