Our vision is to promote the entrepreneurial spirit and support young Lebanese entrepreneurs.
As a result, Bader was designed by a group of young successful business leaders and entrepreneurs to address various issues related to entrepreneurship such as:-
Raising young Lebanese awareness about the importance of entrepreneurship. Through road shows at leading universities and a strong media presence, Bader aims at inspiring the young generation.

Promoting existing programs supporting entrepreneurs. There are around 15 programs and institutions dedicated to entrepreneurs in Lebanon. Bader's objectives are to promote these programs to the general public and actively encourage cooperation between them.

Building private-public partnerships to resolve critical economical issues. Bader members are working hand-in-hand with the Ministries of Finance and Economy and Trade to achieve these goals which include enhancing the legal and regulatory framework for small and medium companies.
- Creating new financial tools by launching a VC fund, which is currently the only source of finance not available to Lebanese entrepreneurs.
- Improving educationin entrepreneurship by promoting MIT's and other business plan competitions.
